Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant delivery or logistics operations experience is preferred.
• Able to carry out deliveries, collections and goods handling safely.
• Able to organise routes, follow schedules and work independently.
• Familiar with smartphone navigation and delivery‑record applications.
• Reliable, punctual and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Available to work weekend and evening/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Personally drive assigned vehicles to deliver and collect goods across Singapore.
• Load, unload, sort and handle goods safely at collection and delivery locations.
• Check the quantity and condition of goods against delivery documents.
• Plan daily delivery routes and coordinate delivery timing with customers.
• Support delivery scheduling and coordinate assignments with colleagues and transport providers.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays, failed deliveries and other operational issues.
• Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
• Handle returns, redeliveries and urgent delivery requests.
• Assist with packing, labelling, dispatch preparation and stock checks.
• Perform basic vehicle checks, report defects and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Carry out other duties directly related to logistics and delivery operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Logistics Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations and personally carry out deliveries and collections across Singapore.

This is a hands‑on role. Driving, delivery, loading and unloading form a regular and substantial part of the job. Weekend and evening/night work are required according to the work roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally drive assigned vehicles to deliver and collect goods across Singapore.

• Load, unload, sort and handle goods safely at collection and delivery locations.

• Check the quantity and condition of goods against delivery documents.

• Plan daily delivery routes and coordinate delivery timing with customers.

• Support delivery scheduling and coordinate assignments with colleagues and transport providers.

Working Arrangements

• Regular driving and deliveries to multiple locations across Singapore.

• Weekend and evening/night shifts are required as part of the roster.

• Start and finish times vary according to scheduled delivery assignments.

• Rest days are rostered and may fall on weekdays.

• Regular loading, unloading and physical handling of goods are required, with appropriate equipment and assistance where necessary.
