Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead to manage daily pharmacy operations, directing Pharmacists, Technicians, and assistants to ensure safe and timely medication preparation and distribution.

You will drive workflow optimization, coaching, and cross-functional support, with a focus on quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance within a busy pharmacy environment. Bachelor degree holders are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication preparation and distribution, while directing and deploying Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and locum staff.
• Manage workflow, manpower allocation, workload priorities, and operational resources, while coaching staff, providing feedback, and supporting training and competency development.
• Drive process improvement and transformation by identifying bottlenecks, redesigning workflows, SOPs, and work instructions, and implementing technology, automation, and dashboards to improve productivity, quality, medication safety, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with medication safety, regulatory, and quality requirements, and support audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory availability, accuracy, stock takes, and resource utilisation to reduce wastage, overstocking, stock-outs, and operational inefficiencies.
• Lead the resolution of customer complaints and service issues, and identify opportunities to improve the patient/customer experience.
• Undertake ad hoc duties and special assignments, provide cross-functional support to other teams and departments, and collaborate with stakeholders to support urgent operational requirements, projects, and business objectives.

• Location: Pandan (Company pick up Jurong East MRT / Clementi MRT)
• No customer facing needed
• 5.5 alt saturday / office hours
