Job summary

STAMFORD CATERING SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Vending Operations & Technical Executive to oversee the maintenance, deployment, and performance of our vending machine network across Singapore.

You will handle field operations, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair, plus inventory control to maximize uptime and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role requires hands-on technical ability, strong organizational skills, and a valid Singapore driving license.

Qualifications

• Strong field troubleshooting, organizational capabilities, and familiarity with mobile service apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Fleet & Logistics: Manage machine deployments, relocations, and asset tracking while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Technical Support: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical/refrigeration faults, and resolve emergency breakdowns swiftly.
• Smart Vending Systems: Monitor machine health and telemetry platforms, troubleshoot IoT/4G connectivity, and configure payment systems and firmware.
• Inventory & Asset Control: Maintain spare parts inventory, track maintenance history, conduct stocktakes, and manage equipment lifecycles.
• Operational Support: Assist with route planning, product merchandising, machine cleaning, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse teams.

Core Requirements

• Qualifications: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related fields. Experience with vending or refrigeration equipment is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Strong field troubleshooting, organizational capabilities, and familiarity with mobile service apps and Microsoft Office.
• Attributes: Proactive, hands-on, physically fit for field work, and capable of working independently.
• Licenses: Valid Singapore driving license (own motorbike preferred); a forklift license is a plus.
