Qualifications

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Degree/diploma in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Independent and self‑motivated.
• Experience handling nickel, chrome and cadmium test analysis.
• Able to handle lab apparatus, doing titration, diluting chemicals, etc.

Responsibilities

• In‑house Chemical Analysis and re‑check after chemical top‑up.
• Calculate the amount to replenish, solution change, and chemical top‑up.
• Manage Monthly Chemical Inventory in the laboratory and update inventory list.
• Manage the chemical laboratory.
• Manage Monthly Chemical Inventory for production chemicals (POL store).
• Carry out in‑house periodic testing (thickness, adhesion, chisel test, porosity and hardness).
• 5S in the laboratory.
• Prepare the samples and arrange with vendors to collect samples for external lab analysis testing according to specified frequency.
• Monitor test results of Hydrogen Embrittlement and Salt Spray test samples (out‑house tests).
• Administrative paperwork as required.

6 Months Contract at Loyang Drive, Monday to Fridays: 8 am to 5.30 pm. Salary up to $4500 + Bonus.
