Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting for a laboratory role based in Tuas, Singapore, offering a basic salary of 2,500 to 3,000 SGD per month plus overtime, AWS and a variable bonus. Normal working hours and company transport provided are highlighted as part of the welfare package.

The position involves final sample preparation in the sampling room, laboratory analysis and reporting, and assisting chemists on development projects, with responsibilities to maintain and calibrate laboratory

Qualifications

• Possess minimum ITE or Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Process Technology/Material Science or equivalent.
• Working experience in precious metal/base metal is an added advantage.
• Training will be provided for those lesser/without experience.

Responsibilities

• To conduct final sample preparation in final sampling room.
• To conduct laboratory analysis and reporting
• To assist chemist in technical development project
• To maintain the inventory of all laboratory facilities/ equipment
• To check, record and report on the inventory of all laboratory supplies
• To carry out calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment as per schedule or instructed
• To ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory
• To follow the existing system and documentation as per the procedures
• To update the relevant records

Education

ITE or Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Process Technology/Material Science or equivalent
