Job summary

Creative Infrastructure Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead Data Center and ELV project delivery in Singapore. You will manage PMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role reports to the Managing Director and collaborates with Sales/Pre-Sales to transition from design to delivery, scaling operations as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in project delivery and operations, with a focus on Data Centers and ELV systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center and ELV projects, including cabling, network, AV, and security.
• Mentor a team of Project Managers and engineers for performance and development.
• Establish governance, processes and best practices across execution stages.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation and risk management.
• Drive cost control, budgeting, and financial performance across projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement strategies and subcontractor performance.
• Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales for smooth handovers.
• Act as senior escalation point for project issues and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in hyperscale environments.
• Develop operational strategies to scale delivery with business growth.
• Maintain relationships with key clients to support long-term partnerships.

Overview

CIS is seeking an experienced and highly driven Operations Director to lead the execution and delivery of DataCenter and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects across enterprise and hyperscale clients. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all projects, from planning through to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in data center infrastructure and ELV systems, combined with proven leadership in managing project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams in complex, high-value environments.

This position will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with the Sales Director and Pre-Sales teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to project execution.

The role will oversee a team of project managers, engineers, and site teams, and will be instrumental in scaling operational capabilities as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data Center and ELV projects, including structured cabling, network infrastructure, AV, and security systems


• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and professional development


• Establish and enforce project governance, processes, and best practices across all stages of execution


• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery


• Drive cost control, budgeting, and financial performance across all projects


• Manage vendor relationships, procurement strategies, and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and efficiency


• Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to review project scope, validate technical solutions, and ensure smooth project handovers


• Act as the senior escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and client satisfaction


• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client-specificrequirements, particularly within hyperscale environments


• Develop operational strategies to scale delivery capabilities in line with business growth and market demand


• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, supporting long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in project delivery and operations, with a strong focus on Data Centers and ELV systems


• Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects for hyperscale and/or major enterprise clients


• Strong technical expertise in data center infrastructure, including structured cabling, networking, and critical systems


• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project teams and complex, multi-site deployments


• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, cost control, and contract management


• Experience in vendor management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination


• Qualifications in Project Management, or a related field (preferred)


• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
