Aegis Building and Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in operations planning and deployment, working closely with Sales, Finance and HR to ensure smooth project execution.

The role involves managing daily manpower deployment, site coordination, attendance, OT and dormitory management, and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. It offers full-time employment with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar role in preventive maintenance and/or construction.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations planning and deployment to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee daily manpower deployment and site coordination.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly and monthly records.
• Manage attendance, leave, OT, and site compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, re-deployment and termination arrangements.
• Work with Sales, Finance and HR for cost control and planning.
