The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of billing experience with strong Excel and Outlook skills, and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in policy and billing documentation.

• 2–3 years of billing experience, especially in insurance lines such as M&A, transactional liability, or specialty insurance.

• Maintain spreadsheets used to track invoicing and subjectivity requirements for issued policies.
• Support brokers with tracking and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system.
• Correspond daily with clients, insurers, team members, and colleagues throughout the company.
• Generate and distribute invoices for clients.
• Verify billing information for accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review binding documents for operational items related to processes.
• Follow up with clients and insurers for subjectivity documents required for final policy issuance.
• Run redlines used to review final issued policies for delivery to clients.

We are searching for a driven individual who can help us streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency for the International Transaction Liability Operations team with a focus on our teams across Asia – Pacific. The operations specialist should be comfortable communicating with people inside and outside of the organisation, able to work independently and manage time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who has a strong ability to think outside the box with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations, requests/questions for servicing of accounts to ensure a smooth process.
