Job summary

WCS Services Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based cleaning and facilities management company with a strong operational foundation. This Management Associate role is designed as a structured pathway into leadership, with hands-on exposure to on-site operations and real teams.

You will rotate through key functions, take on increasing ownership, and develop problem-solving and decision-making skills to grow into a site lead / operations manager role over time.

About the Role

This is not a routine operations role.

As a Management Associate, you will be developed to understand, manage, and improve service operations at scale, with direct exposure to real sites, real teams, and real business challenges.

You will rotate through key functions and progressively take on ownership, with the goal of growing into a site lead / operations manager role .

• Work on-site to understand how large-scale service operations are executed
• Support and eventually lead daily operations and workforce coordination
• Analyse workflows and identify gaps in efficiency and service quality
• Contribute to improving systems, processes, and service standards
