Job summary

Schonfeld in Singapore seeks an Operations professional to perform T+1 reconciliations across OMS and Prime Broker data for equities, futures, FX and more. You will work with Middle Office, Fund Accounting and external providers to resolve breaks and improve processes.

The role requires 5–7 years of reconciliation experience, strong Excel, VBA, and programming skills (Python/SQL). A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting is required, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years in performing reconciliations between OMS and accounting systems.
• Experience with hedge fund operations and multi-manager platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform T+1 reconciliations and break resolution across instruments.
• Review external reconciliations with internal stakeholders to resolve breaks.
• Collaborate to automate processes and roll out best practices.
• Support strategic initiatives and streamline workflows with senior staff.
