Receipt of clinical trial/commercial drugs following procedures.
Generation of shipping documentation upon receipt of requests.
Create inventory pick list within warehouse management system.
Physical pick of drug supplies from within the warehouse.
Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment.
Preparation of shipment export documentation.
Process shipment acknowledgment receipts.
Perform JIT labelling and batch record labelling.
Filing of study shipment documentation.
Post shipment notification to clients.
Stock control including periodic cycle counts.
Generation of purchase orders and administrative tasks.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Warehouse experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting, is an advantage. Able to work in cold-room conditions (2–8°C) for brief periods to perform picking, packing, and labelling tasks.
Prior experience in clinical trial, pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics will be advantageous
