Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Singapore invites applications for a warehouse associate to perform daily materials handling, receiving, staging, issuing and shipping tasks. You will document transactions in SAP, ensure pack-out room cleanliness, and manage stock locations and cycle counts.

This on-site role at Bukit Merah requires standby duty and attention to safety procedures. Training in GDPMDS is preferred and experience with medical device loaner sets or 3PL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school or relevant working experience.
• GDPMDS knowledge preferred.
• Experience of medical device loaner set handling.
• Experience working in a medical / FMCG environment preferred.
• Prior working with 3PL an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle all incoming materials in accordance with safety, health and environment procedure.
• Assemble and stage materials per delivery picking list and issue the materials to the appropriate location or transportation agent. Accurately document all transactions and input data into SAP and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform pack-out activities and observe the cleanliness requirements in the pack-out work area.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning of pack-out rooms and isolators. Record and document the operating temperature and relative humidity of the work area, if required.
• Accurately complete delivery document in accordance with instructions.
• Assign suitable stock area to new product. (assign bin location / medical warehouse)
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required and record the variances in accordance to operating procedures.
• Carry out the completed cycle stocktaking once every 3 months and when serious deviation was observed, to make corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Receive and check all returned loaner (instrument, implant and consumable set) at the receiving staging area for inspection before returning the loaner to its assigned location.
• Track loaner sets and replace with a longer shelf-life when products are soon to be expired.
• Duly record in our system for any replenishment or replacement of missing or damaged items in the loaner set.

Main Objective

Perform day‑to‑day warehouse related tasks such as receiving, sampling, staging, storing, issuing, shipping, cycle counting, pack‑out operation and documents processing related to materials movements. Other key objectives are to manage consignment products and carry out daily logistics. Please note that this role will require the incumbent to be on standby.
