Job summary

HIMENSION CAPITAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring an operations analyst to redefine the operations role beyond traditional boundaries, embracing AI and cross-functional work across risk, compliance, accounting, tech, and trade desk.

You will own the trade lifecycle, perform reconciliations, onboard counterparties, and manage reporting for investors and regulators, while leading the operational tech stack and tooling.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in hedge fund / asset management operations, fund admin, prime brokerage, or a comparable middle/back-office seat.
• Comfortable with AI tools and a willingness to learn the technical layer quickly.
• Precise and accountable—operations requires strong detail and controls.
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and a vague mandate.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade lifecycle across prime brokers, custodians and counterparties: capture, confirmation, settlement, and break resolution.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations: cash, positions, NAV and P&L against broker/custodian records; monitor margins and treasury.
• Onboard counterparties and accounts; manage broker/PB documentation and reporting for investors and regulators.
• Oversee mandates from the management company and own the operational tech stack (OMS/EMS, market data, internal tools).

About the role

We're hiring an operationsanalyst who treats the traditional operations job description as a floor, not aceiling.

We're looking for the new-generation operations professional - comfortable with AI and comfortablecrossing into risk, compliance, accounting, tech, and even the trade desk.

Responsibilities

• Trade lifecycle: capture, confirmation, settlement, and break resolution across prime brokers, custodians, and counterparties.
• Daily and monthly reconciliations - cash, positions, NAV and P&L - against PB, custodian, and fund administrator records. Margin monitoring, cash and treasury management.
• Counterparty and account onboarding, broker/PB documentation, and reporting (investor, internal, regulatory).
• Management company mandates.
• Ownership of the operational tech stack - OMS/EMS, market data, and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 1-5years in hedge fund / asset management operations, fund admin, prime brokerage, or a comparable middle/back-office seat (we weigh aptitude and ownership over years).

• Comfortable with AI tools and unafraid to learn the technical layer, and a willingness to learn it fast is a must.

• Precise and accountable - operations is still a domain where details and controls matter, and you take that seriously.

• A self-starter who's energized rather than threatened by ambiguity and an undefined mandate.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with platforms such as Enfusion, Bloomberg, or similar.

• Exposure to multiple asset classes, markets, or fund structures.

• A track record of having built something - a tool, a process, an automation -that outlived your involvement.
