Job summary

Adecco Singapore is seeking an Analyst for a 12-month contract at Changi Business Park. The role covers third-party risk profiling, business analysis, and governance documentation to support risk assessments and ORR submissions.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Business Lines, producing audit-ready materials and leadership decks while tracking deliverables and coordinating cross-workstream activities.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of third-party vendors and service providers.
• Assess inherent risk and classify risk tiers per the TPRM framework.
• Prepare Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documents for onboarded services.
• Understand outsourcing risk drivers like concentration, exit, sub-outsourcing, and data residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of third-party vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate and conduct reviews with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Business Lines.
• Prepare clear, structured leadership materials and risk documentation.
• Maintain a tracker for risk review deliverables and deadlines.
• Provide PMO support including status reporting and issue escalation.
