Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned project manager to coordinate AI-focused initiatives within the organization. The role emphasizes planning, requirements gathering, and hands-on UAT for AI use cases, with a focus on process change management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a degree and at least 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or Big 4 firms is preferred.
• Hands-on PM skills for system/UAT testing, QA, and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, writing skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with AI projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange business meetings with internal and external stakeholders for the project.
• Collaborate with ORM team members for requirements gathering and finalising business requirements.
• Assist in planning and performing UAT for AI use cases, including test case prep and documenting results.
• Support business users in change management during AI solution implementation.
• Prepare, maintain key artefacts and project documents.
• Track project activities, milestones, budget, risks, and flag delays or budget overruns.
• Assist in data migration prep and post-implementation data tasks as needed.
• Prepare training materials and user guides for updated processes.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks and stay aware of regulatory trends and technologies to mitigate risks.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree Holder, with at least 6 years of working experience is preferred, preferably either in insurance/financial industry, big 4 accounting firms, or both.
• Project management skills is preferred, including, but not limited to, system / UAT testing, quality assurance, management of stakeholders, tracking of project milestones, etc.
• A proactive team player, able to work independently and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, responsible, good communication and writing skills with ability to prepare flowcharts.
• Strong problem solving, good analytical skills and strong attention to details.
• Prior experience with AI is an added advantage.
• Singaporeans only.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Coordinate and arrange various business meetings and discussion sessions with internal and external stakeholders for the project.
• Liaise with other ORM team members for requirements gathering and finalising business requirements.
• Assist in planning and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for the various AI Use Cases, including preparation of test cases (test scripts and scenarios) and proper documentation of test results.
• Support business users in process change management with implementation of the AI solution.
• Assist in preparation, proper maintenance of key artefacts and documents for the project.
• Assist in tracking of project activities/milestones, budget, risk issues and ensure any potential delay, budget overrun and risk issues are flagged out for attention.
• Where needed, assist in any post-implementation data preparation for the data migration exercise for the project.
• Assist in preparation of training / user guides on the updated RCSA processes for internal staff.
• Support in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risks and better safeguard the company.

Contract

SGD 2,000 - SGD 3,500 /Month
