Job summary

OCBC is seeking an Operational Risk Management Advisor in Singapore. You will oversee the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework across business units and provide risk advisory to help them manage risk effectively.

You will promote a culture of risk awareness and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen controls. The role requires strong analytical skills, 3+ years in risk management, and excellent communication to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or risk management.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consistent and effective implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework within the Business Units.
• Provide operational and business risk advisory to Business Units to help them manage risk effectively.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness and control mindset within the BU, supported by training via Risk Champion Meetings.
