Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis or Project Management within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and UAT experience.

• Experience in risk, compliance, operations, or data-driven initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, analytics platforms, or AI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and technology transformation initiatives within a risk management environment.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Support UAT, issue management, training, and project governance activities.
