Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to strengthen risk oversight across an established insurance group. You will support risk and control assessments, KPI indicators, and governance initiatives while enabling AI-assisted risk evaluation tools.

You will coordinate RCSA improvements, drive KRI rollout, and ensure consistent risk reporting to management and regulators.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification with 6+ years in operational risk management or audit.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes, governance, and reporting.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RCSA enhancements to improve risk identification and control reviews.
• Coordinate rollout of KRIs, including data collection and reporting.
• Support governance and processes across business units per Group standards.
• Prepare risk reports for management and Board committees.
• Assist with AI-enabled RCSA implementation through requirements gathering and UAT coordination.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and issues, plus data migration and change management.
