Job summary

11 Westside in Singapore is seeking an hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the FOH team, and drive service and business performance.

You will monitor sales, inventory, and costs while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest experience, and compliance with Singapore F&B regulations. Experience in Mexican or Latin American concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of F&B experience, including restaurant management.
• Mexican or Latin American restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and P&L.
• Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, cocktails, and bar operations is an advantage.
• Hands-on, energetic, commercially minded, and guest-focused.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
