Job summary

SUMORA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Leader to develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals. You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality and profitability, and mentor departmental teams to optimize performance.

You will manage staffing, training, and evaluations, identify workflow improvements, introduce best practices and automation, and collaborate with finance, HR, sales and customer service to align operational goals.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Manage, mentor, and support departmental teams to optimize performance.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
• Identify areas for improvement in workflows and operational procedures.
• Introduce best practices and automation tools to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses and implement measures to control operational spending.
• Oversee inventory control, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials/services and manage logistics processes effectively.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports for senior management.
• Use data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments such as finance, HR, sales, and customer service to align operational goals.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and frontline employees.
