Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashing and washing systems according to established procedures.
• Load, unload, sort, clean, and sanitise catering equipment, trays, cutlery, utensils, and containers.
• Inspect cleaned equipment to ensure hygiene and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults, breakdowns, or safety concerns.
• Handle returned equipment, remove food waste, and organise clean items for storage.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Perform routine housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth workflow and equipment availability.
• Support daily operational targets and perform other duties assigned by management.

Operation Assistant

Salary: SGD $3,600 -$4,200 per month
Employment: Type: Full-Time
Location: Multiple work locations across Singapore
