Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an Operating Theatre administrative support role. The candidate will be deployed to Orchard, Singapore, on a 6–12 month contract with 4 days per week (9:00am – 5:00pm).

Salary is $12/hour (CFS). The role involves raising purchase requisitions, data collection, and providing general administrative and operational support to the Operating Theatre, with close collaboration to the OT team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase requisitions for the Operating Theatre department.
• Assist with data collection, recording and updating of relevant information.
• Coordinate meals with the Food & Beverage (F&B) team.
• Assist with general administrative and operational support for the Operating Theatre.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the department.
• Work closely with the OT team and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
