Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced DevSecOps / Platform Operations Tech Lead to oversee Day 2 operations for government data and AI platforms running on Red Hat OpenShift within a Singapore data centre.

You will act as the primary technical authority for platform operations and lead a team of consultants. The role requires hands-on OCP expertise, ITSM proficiency and strong client-facing communication to manage incidents, changes and platform upgrades while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology operations or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Leadership of technical consultants or operations teams.
• Strong ITSM knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day 2 operations for Red Hat OpenShift-based platforms to ensure stability and performance.
• Escalation point for incidents, problems, service requests and changes.
• Coordinate CVE remediation, patching cycles and platform upgrades.
• Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks and SOPs.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Oversee user onboarding/offboarding and IAM provisioning.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations consultants/engineers.
• Manage team workload across incidents, changes, patching and maintenance.
• Coordinate with project delivery for steady-state handover.
• Work with partners/vendors on lifecycle, EOS risks, security/compliance.
• Prepare operational health reports, post-mortems, and service reviews.
• Ensure changes comply with governance and security requirements.
