Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a TA and Platform Engineer (RHEL & OpenShift) with 3+ years of enterprise experience to own RHEL OS fleets and OCP clusters. You will patch, harden, and secure platforms while coordinating across teams for high availability and performance.

The role focuses on RHEL OS management, OCP lifecycle, and integration of application platforms in a production environment with strict security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise RHEL/OCP experience.
• Experience with CIS benchmarks, EUS lifecycle, and patching.
• Familiarity with Quay, Satellite, and image-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain RHEL OS fleet underpinning OCP workers and app servers.
• Deploy, upgrade, and manage OCP 4.x clusters including control plane and etcd health.
• Manage MCO for node OS customization and SSH hardening.
• Configure cluster certificates, ingress, and RBAC across namespaces.
• Support platform apps such as IBM MQ or WebSphere in HA mode.
