• Proficiency in Groovy or scripting for automation.

• Provide Level 3 OpenShift production support during incidents.
• Analyze incidents, propose solutions, and document results.
• Develop and test deployment pipelines and internal tooling.
• Integrate third‑party tech into the PaaS ecosystem and maintain docs.
• Support PaaS platform users and participate in crisis management when needed.
