Job summary

Keoni is seeking an OpenShift expert to provide production support and hands-on configuration and incident response. The role includes analysis, documentation, and collaboration with DevOps teams to improve pipelines and tooling.

The candidate will work on OpenShift and Kubernetes environments, develop solutions, participate in crisis management when needed, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• OpenShift expertise with strong production support experience.
• Ability to perform Level 3 incident analysis and crisis participation.
• Experience with Kubernetes tooling and cloud-native apps.
• Strong documentation and knowledge sharing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Groovy or scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 OpenShift production support during incidents.

Job description
