Job description

Responsibilities

• Interacting with project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the clients needs.
• Lead design and architecture of OpenText ECM Projects Implementation
• Lead technical solution in OpenText bids/proposals
• Key presenter for OpenText proposals or technical solution discussions
• Mentor for technical team for OpenText project implementation
• Define technical solution risks for any OpenText projects/proposals
• Analyze user requirements and perform estimations
• Review and ensure quality of project deliverables
• Demo project/product release to key stakeholders
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy
• Provide assistance and support with Opentext ECM technical related issues to the customers
• Produce Technical and Operational documentations
• Experience in preparing project deliverables such as Opentext ECM Technical Design Document, etc.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.
• Provide support
• Provide assistance and support to the customers for the Security Vulnerabilities issues.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field
• Minimally 8-10 years of working experience in design and architecture of OpenText ECM project implementation
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy
• Working experience of one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance
• Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments
• High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Data Management, Capacity Management, and/or Application Service Resiliency
• Sound knowledge on application sizing and fair knowledge on HW infra
• Good understanding of internet protocols, network and application security methods
• Candidate should be able to clear CAT2/CAT1 security clearance.
