Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an onsite TV technician or related role.
• Hold a Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to work overtime when required and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Test new products and software prior to launch.
• Provide repair, service and on-site customer support.
• Configure TV setups and connect Android/Apple devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site issues independently.
• Record and update test and service reports promptly.
• Repair and maintain TVs exchanged by customers; assist with warehouse disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
