Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Registered with BCA as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience on large infrastructure projects.
Based on site work East Singapore location.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Ensure construction works comply with BCA regulations, codes of practice and project quality standards.
Inspect workmanship and materials used on site.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site personnel on technical matters.
Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports.
Identify and report non-conformance, site issues and deviations to the Qualified Person.
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
