Job summary

TSM C&S CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to join our site operations and engineering team for LTA and HDB projects.

You will act as the site representative of the Qualified Person (QP) and provide technical support to ensure works align with approved drawings, specs and local regulations. Reporting to the project team, you will supervise site works, inspect progress, maintain detailed records, verify testing, and assist with drawings reviews, measurements

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation practices.
• Clear and effective communication with on-site team and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and monitor progress.
• Maintain site records including diaries, inspection reports and defect logs.
