Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. seeks a diligent Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to oversee structural and civil works for residential projects. You will be the on-site eyes and ears, ensuring contractor compliance with drawings, regulations, and quality standards, reporting to the QP and consultants.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, RTO accreditation by IES/ACES, and at least 2 years of site supervision experience. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• RTO accreditation by IES/ACES mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site structural activities to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Review site practices and facilitate prompt issue resolution with consultants.
• Ensure works align with consultant specifications and approved designs.
• Conduct site inspections and material QC to identify NCRs and ensure corrections.
• Witness inspections, tests, and commissioning activities by contractors.
• Verify contractor claims for progress payments against actual work.
• Maintain accurate site records and submit regular progress reports.
