Job summary

JLZ Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a site professional in Singapore with at least 3 years of on-site experience to support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders. You will assist the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor in processing progress claims and ensuring designs meet required standards.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, proactive communication, and strong attention to detail as a collaborative team player on busy construction sites.

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience is required.
• Must be responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and a committed team player.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities.
• Evaluate engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
• Assist the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with project progress claims.
• Facilitate coordination among project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, assess potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot engineering challenges.
