Job summary

The role involves assisting the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all site activities, liaising with the Professional Engineer on Temporary Works, and ensuring smooth execution with sub-contractors. You will coordinate inspections with the Resident Engineer and Resident Technical Officer, handle technical issues, and maintain strong communication with clients

Qualifications

• Must have a civil engineering degree recognized by local authorities.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on HDB projects.
• Ability to build good relationships with clients, client representatives, consultants and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordinate all on-site works.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on Temporary Works.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to resolve technical details for smooth execution.
• Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Resident Technical Officer.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Liaise with client representatives and consultants to ensure alignment.
• Check quality and quantity of subcontracted works.
