Job summary

LIDE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator with 1-2 years of building construction experience to support on-site planning and execution. You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate daily activities, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment. A Diploma/Degree in Building Construction is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Building Construction or related field.
1–2 years of relevant site experience.
Civil Engineering background is an added advantage.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Professional with ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn and be an enthusiastic team player.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement and monitor site work schedules.
Source suppliers and subcontractors for smooth operations.
Assist Project Manager in daily coordination and planning.
Liaise with project stakeholders involved in site work.
Prepare site program charts for management review.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
