Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Engineer to travel to customer sites, install, service and troubleshoot printers, copiers and multifunction devices.

You will diagnose hardware, software and network issues, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, keeping service records updated, managing spare parts, and delivering on-site professional support to customers.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:45pm, on a 1-year contract with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' premises to install, service and troubleshoot printers, copiers and multifunction devices
• Perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose basic hardware, software and network-related issues
• Ensure service calls and maintenance records are updated promptly
• Manage assigned spare parts, tools and equipment
• Communicate service status and technical issues to the internal team
• Deliver professional on-site support to customers
