Job summary

SWISSLOG HEALTHCARE ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a CS Engineering Assistant to provide frontline onsite support for Pharmacy Automation (PA) systems. You will monitor systems, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and escalate complex issues while maintaining safety and compliance on customer sites.

The role requires 1–3 years in technical service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team to ensure uptime and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or equipment support.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Willing to work onsite and support shift operations if required.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for onsite operational and technical support.
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum system availability.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and checks.
Diagnose and resolve first-level faults and perform repairs or replacements.
Escalate complex issues to Team Lead and Tier 2/3 support and follow through to resolution.
Provide timely updates and technical assistance to pharmacy users.
