Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, automation or material handling systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff), SCADA, industrial communication networks (EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, TCP/IP), drives and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical and control system issues.
• Respond promptly to customer incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including standby support when required.
• Record and track incidents in CRM systems.
• Support commissioning, deployment and system upgrades during project implementation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend improvements to customers.
• Deliver customer training and maintain strong customer relationships.
