Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth onsite operations (tool crib, vending machine management, non-conformance resolution).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, RFQs, and issues.
• Forecast customer demand and communicate internal needs.
• Propose and manage commercial programs such as cost savings initiatives.
• Represent company in regular meetings with the customer.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service.
