Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational energy and commodities organization to hire an Oil Products Scheduler in Singapore. This onsite role focuses on coordinating nominations, vessel scheduling, and cargo execution to ensure timely movements of clean petroleum products across regional markets.

You will work with Trading, Shipping, Refining, and Terminal Operations teams, applying strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel to optimize logistics across

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of oil & gas scheduling or related sector experience.
• Experience in oil products scheduling, shipping operations, and cargo execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word; capable of rapid systems learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and scheduling activities for clean product cargo movements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, receivers, refineries, Shipping, and traders to ensure smooth cargo execution.
• Identify cost-effective handling and logistics opportunities.
• Monitor cargo movements and resolve product spec and ops issues.
• Investigate and resolve complex shipping challenges using scheduling systems.
• Maintain loading/delivery schedules and operational reporting.
• Support Product Traders with scheduling and logistics for movements.
