Job summary

ONE SEVEN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure supporting AI and cloud operations.

The role involves deploying, migrating, and cutting over networks for customer projects, plus hands-on troubleshooting and performance monitoring. You will engage with customers onsite and remotely, document configurations, and participate in knowledge transfer and POC activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support network deployment, migration, and cutover activities for customer projects.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Monitor network performance and system health, escalating complex issues to senior engineers or HQ support teams when required.
• Assist in network configuration, testing, commissioning, and documentation preparation.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, customers, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document project completion and provide knowledge transfer to customers.
