Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering required.
• CCNA certification required.
• 1–2 years of network hands-on infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls and IPS/IDS, NAC appliances.
• Daily checks of logs and network links to ensure no abnormal activity.
• Install, maintain and upgrade network hardware, firmware and software.
• Apply patches following patch management requirements.
• Fine-tune network parameters and manage access rights for network equipment users.
• Manage IP addresses and assignment scheme, including for EUCDs.
• Configure and manage firewall rules and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot network issues and manage network incidents.
• Coordinate 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting for RCA for customer network equipment.
