Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the manufacturing operations of a leading medical device company in Changi. This role involves hands-on maintenance of diagnostic and cardiac devices, with opportunities for conversion to a permanent position.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, read drawings and manuals, and ensure safety and quality standards while collaborating with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Able to read technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Carry out equipment troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of failures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Support equipment installation, modification, calibration and maintenance activities.
• Work with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
• Ensure maintenance complies with safety, quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Support transition towards 24/7 manufacturing operations and ad-hoc maintenance.
