Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Onsite Purchaser cum Admin to support on-site operations at 30 Sunview Way (Pioneer). The role covers daily procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and essential administrative tasks.

You will raise POs in the Optimum system, monitor FEFO processes, perform regular stock takes, and collaborate with the Head Chef and Facilities team to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and inventory control for on-site operations.
• Ability to raise POs, request quotations, and manage supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with FEFO inventory management and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock par levels and place orders to avoid waste and shortages.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) for required goods using the Optimum system.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries and quality.
• Conduct receiving inspections and maintain FEFO inventory discipline.
• Handle admin tasks: invoices, packing slips, and records.
