Job summary

TENG XUAN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor with at least 5 years in construction to oversee activities and progress on site. You will manage crews, sub-contractors, and coordinate with engineers to resolve on-site issues.

Responsibilities include interpreting structural drawings and specs, ensuring compliance with contracts and safety regulations, and preparing daily progress reports and schedules. Experience on LTA or high-rise projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience with track records in LTA projects or high-rise buildings would be an advantage.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress on site independently.
• Supervise and lead workers and sub-contractors on site.
• Resolve design issues encountered during construction.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Read and understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Monitor works to ensure compliance with specs, codes, scope and safety.
• Experience in leading RC workers is an advantage.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair and routine maintenance.
• Handle general electrical fitting work.
• Other duties as required.
