Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Content Policy Manager to support content regulation and public policy initiatives across Asia Pacific. The role combines regulatory analysis, policy development and cross‑functional programme execution.

You will partner with policy, legal, product, engineering and operations teams, evaluate complex regulatory frameworks and translate requirements into actionable recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in law, policy, human rights or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in public policy or regulatory roles.
• Experience in government, regulators, think tanks, NGOs or advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in technology sector regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

Public Policy & Regulation

• Analyse regulatory developments and legislative requirements affecting online content and technology.
• Support content regulation strategy, regulatory readiness and advocacy initiatives.
• Cover regulatory and compliance matters across Southeast Asian markets.

Policy Analysis & Compliance

• Evaluate complex regulatory frameworks and translate policy requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Identify compliance gaps and contribute to practical, scalable solutions.
• Support social media integrity regulations and user protection policies.

Stakeholder & Programme Management

• Partner with policy, legal, product, engineering, operations and regulatory teams.
• Build consensus among subject-matter experts on compliance approaches.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, priorities, escalations and progress against regulatory objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, policy, human rights or a relevant discipline.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in public policy, government institutions, regulators, legislative bodies, think tanks, NGOs or advocacy.
• Strong policy analysis experience involving regulatory frameworks and complex policy issues.
• Experience managing cross-functional programmes or strategic workstreams.
• Understanding of social media products and their underlying mechanics.
• Experience within the technology sector and a regulatory environment.
• Strong written and verbal stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive subjects and information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-related policy or technology.
• Previous stakeholder engagement and advocacy experience.
• Exposure to internet technology, privacy, security, online integrity, safety or content moderation policy environments.
