Job summary

Onedayprint is an online print shop in Singapore providing stickers and cards. We are seeking an entry-level candidate with training provided, working five days a week, located at CT Hub 2. You will liaise with clients via email, edit digital artwork, and support the production team.

Fluent in English is essential, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Applicants near CT Hub 2 are preferred. No prior experience required; training will be provided to kickstart your career in ecommerce

Qualifications

• Fluent in written English for online client communications.
• Good command of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
• Meticulous, customer oriented and willing to learn.
• ITE or Diploma qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Applicants who live nearby are highly preferred.

• Inspect, touch-up and modify digital artworks and images

Who We Are:

Onedayprint is an online print shop, and our office is next to Bendemeer MRT. We specialise in printing stickers and cards!

• Work Attire: Casual


• Work hours: 5 weekdays only


• Location: CT Hub 2


• Little to no face-to-face interaction with clients


• No job experience required as training is provided

What you'll be learning and doing:

• Liaise with clients via email, understand their needs and requirements, then customise print solutions for them


• Inspect, touch-up and modify digital artworks and images


• Provide quality service and exceptional customer experience


• Assist print production team with print jobs


• Conceptualise and create custom designs, both for internal use and for clients

We need you to be:

• Fluent in written English- all communications with clients take place online via email, hence a good command of English is essential


• Well versed in Adobe Photoshop(other design software not mandatory, but good to have)


• Meticulous, customer oriented and willing to learn


• Relevant ITE or Diploma are welcome to apply


• Applicants who live nearbyare highly preferred
