The role requires a strong pharmaceutical pricing background, leadership capabilities, and excellent English communication. Travel 10–25% across key AP markets is expected.

Qualificações

• ≥10 years’ pharmaceutical pricing and market access experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biology, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• Strong English communication and cross-country collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define Regional pricing strategy for oncology assets across product lifecycles.
• Lead regional pricing strategies with operating companies to deliver value.
• Coordinate annual planning workstreams with Regional Pricing Director peers.
• Establish governance processes and metrics for updates and deliverables.
• Assess evidence generation plans and RWE strategies to support pricing.
• Provide pricing assessments for new business development and regulatory strategy.
• Offer AP pricing perspective to Global Clinical Development Programs.
• Run regional pricing/payer research and translate insights to regional strategies.
• Direct managers and senior contributors with coaching and development.
• Manage team budget, performance, and compliance; support workforce plans.
