Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Singapore seeks a Strategic Pricing Director to lead regional pricing across Hematology and Solid Tumors. You will collaborate with MA leaders, Medical Affairs, and Global teams to shape pricing strategy and optimize regional revenues.

You will manage a team, drive operational excellence, and ensure governance while aligning with the Credo and leadership imperatives across multiple AP markets. Travel 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Pharmaceutical background with regional mindset.
• (Bachelor’s in Business, Biology, Pharmacy or Medicine-related field)
• Consolidated expertise in Pharmaceutical Pricing and Market Access.
• Track record developing and implementing access & pricing strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to work with stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
