Job summary

recruit express pte ltd is seeking qualified nurses to join specialized oncology services in Singapore. The role involves assessing patients, implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation across two-shift schedules.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and respond to deterioration promptly. Weekly rotations may include weekend standby, with shifts ranging from 8am to 9pm.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Min 2 to 3 years of oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor clinical progress.
• Provide prescribed nursing care and assist with procedures.
• Recognize clinical deterioration or treatment-related complications and escalate when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers, promote self-care and support continuity of care.
• Use clinical equipment, technology and resources safely and effectively.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary oncology teams and ensure safe handovers.
