You will document care, monitor patients, coordinate with physicians, and support families while ensuring infection control and high documentation standards. Location is near Marymount MRT with transport provided.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing accredited by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Proficient IT skills and systems knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders.
• Meticulous, accurate, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care and document treatment and monitoring.
• Assess and manage complex patient care plans and coordinate with physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions, reassess, and implement care plans for advanced disease.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper storage of drugs and supplies.
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Team meetings and support families.
